alcoholAs long as not consumed in excess, alcohol appears to reduce the risk of dementia. Enough with 1-2 glasses per day, the risk of dementia can be avoided.

The research findings revealed by the researcher Kaycee Sink, MD, from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC finding, 1-2 alcoholic drinks per day may protect older people from the threat of dementia or senility. (more…)
