How to prevent cellulite or “orange peel”
Cellulite, also commonly called “orange peel”, is the result of progressive storage of fat cells that are under the skin.
These fat cells obstruct blood flow precluding a good oxygenation of the tissues and the bloodstream itself. Also going by the compression performed by retained fluid, damaging the capillaries that hold the fat cells and will remove excess lymph.
Hormonally cellulite is present in more than 90% of the female population and is not the exclusive property of overweight women. Progesterone increases fat storage, whereas estrogens turn encourage retention.
Key opportunities for originating this disease is in adolescence, premenstrual symptoms, pregnancy , menopause and even the hereditary descent.
There are 3 types of cellulite:
Cellulite initial stage is rather shallow and easily match.
Flaccid cellulite, is a little deeper than before and is intensified as a result of bad habits.
Oedematous cellulite, is intense and is usually escorted by pain and inflammation.
The areas where cellulite is found most are the thighs, abdomen, buttocks, inner knees and arms, and neck.
The best way to prevent it is through good nutrition, hydration and exercise . Avoid heavy foods such elaborate meals and chips, and complicate digestion and in turn have harmful fats in the body.
The intake of coffee and alcohol damage to liver function, promotes salt retention, sugar and fat clings hindering the proper filtration of proteins.
To remove toxins from the body and prevent the formation of the dreaded cellulite is recommended to drink 2 liters of water during the day and between meals. Make a good mix of animal protein (dairy, fish) and plant origin ( olive oil , bread, cereals, legumes).
